Exiting truck traffic along the border with Romania is intense at the border crossing points Vidin and Kardam, the Border Police General Directorate said on its website Friday morning.

On the border with Greece, traffic is normal at all border crossings. Only cars and vans can pass through the checkpoints Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad.

Traffic is normal at all border crossing points along the border with Serbia. At the Kalotina checkpoint, construction works are being carried out, which require temporary narrowing of the lanes and reorganisation of the traffic of the vehicles passing through. During the holidays, those travelling by cars should bear in mind that the temporary traffic organisation before and in the area of the border crossing may extend the crossing time.

On the borders with North Macedonia and with Turkiye, traffic is normal at all border crossing points.
