site.btaBulgaria Opens Honorary Consulate in Turkiye

The cabinet Thursday decided to open a Bulgarian Honorary Consulate in Turkiye with its seat in Istanbul and a consular district encompassing Izmir, Sakarya, Bilecik, Eskisehir, Kocaeli and Kutahya.

The Honorary Consul, Hasan Akgun, will assist the Bulgarian institutions and citizens in their contacts with the Turkish institutions and will help the establishment of lasting cooperation between education and cultural representatives of the two countries.
