The Head of the Bulgarian Embassy in Ukraine Nikolay Nenchev met with the Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko, reported the Facebook page of the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in Kyiv.

During the meeting, the two discussed cooperation with the aim of strengthening the sustainability of the Ukrainian energy system.

The Ukrainian Minister of Energy acquainted the Bulgarian side with the current state of the Ukrainian energy system, the challenges and needs of Ukraine to strengthen the energy sustainability of the state.

The parties discussed the functioning of the energy system in the conditions of Russian attacks, the restoration of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure, support for the energy sector and the opportunities for deepening cooperation to strengthen the energy security of Ukraine and the region as a whole, the Bulgarian Embassy said.
