The government approved additional expenditure on the Justice Ministry's budget for 2023 in the amount of BGN 10,053,700 to provide for the maintenance of places of deprivation of liberty and to ensure the running of legal aid activities under the Legal Aid Act.
The amount will be provided on account of expenditure restructuring and/or transfers under the 2023 state budget.
