Bulgaria Switches to Daylight Saving Time at 3:00 a.m. on March 29

Sofia, March 28 (BTA) - Clocks in Bulgaria will be advanced one
hour to daylight saving time at 3:00 a.m. local time (1:00 a.m.
UTC) on Sunday, March 29, the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology
said.
