Six Persons Charged with Propagating Anti-democratic Ideology  to Be Held on Remand

Pazardjik, South Central Bulgaria, April 3 (BTA) - The Pazardjik
District Court Friday ordered six persons charged with
propagating an anti-democratic ideology and the ideas of the
Islamic State held in remand. They were arrested in Pazardjik,
Plovdiv and Asenovgrad in an operation conducted by the State
Agency for National Security on March 31.

Judge Alexander Alexandrov granted the prosecutor's request that
the six be kept on remand on the grounds that they may abscond
or commit another crime.

In December 2014, seven persons were charged with preaching the
anti-democratic ideology of the Islamic State. They are believed
to have operated as an organized criminal group led by Ahmed
Moussa.
