site.btaInterior Ministry Offers Its Employees an Additional 0.25 Leva per Hour for Night Shift

Sofia, September 4 (BTA) - The Ministry of Interior has put forward a draft order for additional pay to its employees for night shift. The draft was published on the ministry's website on Monday.

For each hour during which employees have worked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., they will receive an additional 0.25 leva. This means an extra 2 leva for eight hours of night shift.

The draft order also sets down the additional pay for employees on call at 0.10 leva per hour.

For working on official holidays, officers will get double the usual pay for each hour of work during the month.
