Spanish violinist Joaquin Palomares will perform as a soloist at the upcoming concert of the Vratsa Symphony on April 11. He will be joined on stage by world-famous cellist David Apellaniz and pianist Carlos Apellaniz.
All three musicians expressed their satisfaction at having the opportunity to work with the Vratsa Symphony, saying that the orchestra is very professional and they enjoy playing with them. "We are happy that there are many young people in the orchestra who will give us energy," noted Palomares.
The concert will be under the baton of Hristo Pavlov. The audience will have the opportunity to hear works of the Viennese Classical School, including Joseph Haydn's Symphony No. 97 in C major and Ludwig van Beethoven's Triple Concerto for piano, violin and cello in C major.
"Beethoven's concerto is one of our favourite music pieces, and we are happy to have the opportunity to play it in Vratsa," Palomares told BTA. According to him, Beethoven's concerto has a very clear structure, but there are small specific things for each instrument and combining them will be difficult.
After their performance in Vratsa, the Spanish musicians will give two concerts in Rome.
