On St Anastasia Island there is a museum, a church with restored frescoes dating back to the 14th century, as well as ancient stone walls and inscriptions that have been preserved.

Tourists can also visit a guest house overlooking the Bay of Burgas and have the possibility of staying overnight in a monk's cell. There is also a pharmacy offering remedies of herbs grown on the island, as well as a restaurants serving seafood and monastic cuisine. Shellfish dishes take a central place on the menu, as the area around St Anastasia Island is the largest natural mussel plantation in the region.
