President Rumen Radev will participate in the 61st Munich Security Conference on February 14 and 15, the press office of the head of State said on Friday.
Over the past decades, the Munich Conference has established itself as a key international forum on current security issues, at which heads of state and government, diplomats, leading representatives of international institutions and experts from around the world discuss various topics under the motto "Peace through dialogue", the press office explained.
This year, the international forum will focus on the challenges to peace and security arising from the war in Ukraine, military operations in the Middle East, energy security, cybercrime, climate change and others.
Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev will also participate in the conference, the press office of the Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.
