Thousands of guests from various countries visited the 22nd edition of the Yoghurt Fair and Festival of Folk Traditions and Artistic Crafts in Razgrad which took place between July 21 and July 23. During the three-day event, Razgrad residents and their guests from Bulgaria and abroad had the opportunity to experience the traditions and culture of different nations. The fair included different performances, such as fun games, competitions and concerts.
At the closing ceremony, Razgrad Mayor Dobrin Dobrev said that this year’s edition of the Fair has made Razgrad open its doors to the world.
On the third festival night, the visitors got acquainted with the folklore and culture of China, Northern Cyprus, Turkiye and Romania. The diversity and beauty of Bulgarian folklore was presented by the dancers from the Elbetitsa Dance Workshop from Razgrad and the Trakia Ensemble from Plovdiv.
