At a ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Culture on Tuesday, prominent Bulgarian musicians Prof. Stoyka Milanova and Prof. Mincho Minchev handed over state-owned violins they had performed with in Bulgaria and abroad so they could be passed on to young talents, the Ministry said in a press release.
