site.btaBulgarian News Agency's LIK Magazine Issue about Aleko Konstantinov to Premiere at Sofia International Book Fair

The Bulgarian News Agency's LIK magazine will present its November issue about Bulgarian writer and public figure Aleko Konstantinov at the Sofia International Book Fair. The premiere will take place at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) on December 10.

The issue, titled "Aleko Today", was inspired by the 160th birth anniversary of Aleko Konstantinov.

In 2023, BTA conducted a campaign marking the anniversary. Discussions on Konstantinov in the spirit of the present times were held at the news agency's national press clubs across Bulgaria, moderated by writer Yordan Eftimov. He invited 160 Bulgarians with a significant presence in the public life from around the country to write 160 words for the 160th anniversary.

LIK's issue summarizes the campaign and presents some of the most remarkable statements made as a result of the discussions across Bulgaria.
