site.btaParliament Postpones Legislative Changes on Alternative Tax on Income from Collection of Wild Mushrooms

The National Assembly did not vote on Tuesday on second reading amendments to the Personal Income Tax Act, which abolished the alternative tax on income from the collection of wild mushrooms and fruits, including medicinal plants.

The MPs did not accept the name of the bill and therefore could not proceed with the report of the Budget and Finance Committee for the second reading of the bill, which was submitted by MPs Yordan Tsonev and Temenuzhka Petkova, and was adopted on first reading on April 26.
