site.btaDigital Transformation of Bulgaria for 2024-2030 Period Adopted

The cabinet adopted an updated National Strategic Document entitled "Digital Transformation of Bulgaria for 2024-2030" and the attached Analysis of the State of Digital Transformation and National Roadmap for Digital Transformation of Bulgaria by 2030, the government information service said.

The documents were drafted in implementation of Europe's 2030 Digital Decade Policy Programme and Bulgaria's Governance Programme (June 2023 - December 2024). The National Roadmap reflects Bulgaria's strategic vision for digital transformation and sets the level of the national targets and Bulgaria's priorities for the period until 2030.

The digital transformation of Bulgaria and the policies, activities and measures needed to implement this process are directly related to the increase in specialization in products and industries characterized by higher technological and research intensity, which will allow this country to take better and more prestigious positions in  global rankings.
