Monday offers good mountain hiking conditions, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) said. Tourists can expect sunny weather with temperatures around 20C. They are advised to be well equipped when heading to the mountains.
Late on Sunday, the MRS had to assist one tourist with a thigh trauma in the Balkan Range. The operation took over two hours and involved ten mountain rescuers from the MRS team in Troyan (North Central Bulgaria).
