The Bulgarian Chief of Defence, Admiral Emil Eftimov, took part in the meeting of the EU Military Committee met at Chiefs of Defence (CHODs) level on 24 and 25 October in Brussels, the Bulgarian Defence Ministry said.
In his speech at the meeting, Eftimov said that the timely operationalization of the EU Rapid Deployment Capacity (RDC) will bring to a new level the EU's capabilities for rapid and adequate response.
