National Assembly Chair Rossen Zhelyazkov met Friday with the North Macedonia’s Assembly Speaker, Talat Xhaferi, in the Spanish city of Leon, where they are participating in the Global Conference to commemorate the International Day of Parliamentarism, said the press office of the Bulgarian Parliament. Guaranteeing the rights of Bulgarians in North Macedonia by enshrining them in the country's Constitution is key to the development of good neighbourly relations between the two countries, Zhelyazkov pointed out.
