site.btaArtist Lyudmil Georgiev, Grafikart Gallery to Participate in International Exhibition "Sofia Art Fair"

Gallerist and artist Lyudmil Georgiev and Sofia's Grafikart Gallery will participate in the first international exhibition for contemporary art - Sofia Art Fair, which will be held from October 3 to 6 in Sofia Tech Park, the gallery team said here on Friday. 

Lyudmil Georgiev, a Grafikart community member and one of Bulgaria’s most prominent contemporary printmakers, will show bold colours, different forms and experimental techniques in his new graphic works from the My Gardens series, the organizers said. Georgiev’s art works will be arranged in a solo exhibition at John Atanassov Forum in Sofia Tech Park on October 4, the team also noted. 

The Grafikart Gallery will also participate in the exhibition and will unveil the new art works of Vasil Kolev-Vassilo, Emanuela Kovach, Branko Nikolov and Veselin Damyanov-Ves.

The first edition of the international contemporary art exhibition Sofia Art Fair is mottoed "Art is significant!". The event will feature galleries and collectives representing over 70 artists working in a wide variety of artistic styles. All works will be displayed in an area of over 4,500 sq. m.
