site.btaMinister Tagarev Takes Part in Informal Meeting of EU Defence Ministers

Minister Todor Tagarev is participating in an informal meeting of EU Defence Ministers in Brussels on Tuesday and Wednesday, his Ministry reported Tuesday. On the agenda are the EU's short- and long-term commitments to Ukraine, the progress made in the European Union Rapid Deployment Capacity and the development of the European Defence Technological Base, including the elaboration of the future European Defence Industrial Strategy.

Invited to attend are the NATO Secretary General, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations, and the head of the European Parliament's Subcommittee on Security and Defence.
