The Central Election Commission (CEC) has opened a public procurement for the organisation and technology of the computer processing of the voting data in constituency election commissions and the CEC, including the machine voting, and the publication of a digital CEC Bulletin for the results of the April 2 parliamentary elections, reads a CEC statement from Thursday. The CEC decided to assign the implementation of their decision to Information Services AD and to invite the company to conduct negotiations and conclude a contract.
