A seminar, part of an initiative, entitled "Strategic cooperation between Bulgaria and Norway in support of Bulgaria's international commitments to fight antisemitism and preservation of Jewish heritage" discussed the development of a National Plan to counter xenophobia and preserve Jewish heritage, among other topics, the Foreign Ministry said in a press release here on Wednesday.
