Vice President Iliyana Iotova told reporters on Sunday that Bulgaria cannot say "Yes" to the start of EU accession talks of the Republic of North Macedonia until this country is given "sufficient guarantees spelled out in a concrete and meaningful document at the European level to be taken into account in each strep of the accession talks".  Iotova commented the topic to reporters in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences where she attended an international conference of the Institute of the Bulgarian Language.
