August Deflation at 0.2% - Official Statistics


Sofia, September 15 (BTA) - The National Statistical Institute
reported 0.2 per cent deflation in August compared with July.
Deflation in August 2014 compared to December 2013 is minus 1.2
per cent, and year-on-year deflation (August 2014 compared to
August 2013) is 0.6 per cent. The annual average deflation in
the last 12 months (September 2013 - August 2014) compared to
the previous 12 months (September 2012 - August 2013) is 1.7 per
 cent.
