January 7 (BTA) - Live-fire exercises are scheduled to be conducted at the Batmish Military Training Ground near Sliven in January, Sliven Municipality said in a press release on Friday.

The drills will take place from 8 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on January 11, 12, 13, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, and 28 and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on January 10 and 14.

Local residents must comply with the warning signs and not enter the restricted military areas to avoid accidents. Farmers must take adequate measures to protect their livestock.
