site.btaConfirmed COVID-19 Cases in Bulgaria Increase by 93 to Reach 3,086

June 12 (BTA) - The total number of confirmed COVID-19
cases in Bulgaria is 3,086 increasing by 93 in the past 24
hours, data of the national coronavirus information system show
on Friday.

A total of 1,688 patients have recovered, 24 recent. The active
cases are 1,230. A total of 204 patients are in hospital. The
fatalities so far total 168.

Medical staff infectious are 311, five new cases in the past 24
hours

Speaking to reporters later in the day, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said that nothing is going to be closed again on account of the coronavirus. The measures will be eased further after June 15, with the goal to lift them all after June 30, Borissov said, adding that the coronavirus is not as virulent as in February and March and that the government did its best to strengthen the healthcare system.
