Razgrad, Northeastern Bulgaria, September 11 (BTA) - Newly
appointed Regional Governor of Razgrad Ilian Dramaliev took
office on Thursday. His predecessor, Stoyan Nenchev, was
relieved of his post by a Council of Ministers' decision.

Dramaliev said that his primary task at the moment is the
conduct of calm and fair elections on October 5. He said he does
 not divide people according to their party affiliations and
that he has friends from all political parties.

Dramaliev is a veterinary. Before his new appointment he was
head of the Food Control Department in the Razgrad Food Safety
