BG BEN Newspaper celebrates its 20th anniversary, as it was first printed in London on March 30, 2004, the paper reported on its website on April 7. The paper has 6,000 copies printed every two weeks for readers in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Kent, Watford, Southampton and Stockport in the UK.
BG BEN reports that since it was launched, the paper became the largest and subsequently the only printed Bulgarian publication in the UK. It contains original news, reports and interviews aimed at strengthening ties within the Bulgarian community.
BG BEN is run by three Bulgarians - Veselin Atanasov and Boyan Georgiev, who live in England, and Stefan Avgustinov who resides in Bulgaria.
