The Bulgarian government decided that BGN 93,524 in movable property of the Directorate General for Fire Safety and Civil Protection will be donated as relief aid to Lebanon, the Council of Ministers said after its weekly meeting on Wednesday.
Bulgaria is thus responding to a Lebanese government request for humanitarian assistance. The property will be donated through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
It is intended to be used by Lebanese people affected by military action in the region.
