Head of State Rumen Radev will welcome the participants in the 67th edition of the Bulgarian Athlete of the Year ceremony on Monday, Radev's press secretariat said.
The awards ceremony is held annually and recognizes the most deserving Bulgarian athletes, teams and coaches based on their achievements over the past year.
