site.btaSamokov Municipality Takes Part in 47th Edition of Hungexpo 2025 in Budapest

Samokov Municipality took part in the 47th edition of Hungexpo 2025, which took place from February 20 to 23 in Budapest, the Samokov Municipality said on Monday.

The exhibition brought together representatives of the tourism sector from all over the world and was held in parallel with the Budapest Boat Show, Caravan Salon and E-bike Test&Show, making it a key platform for presenting opportunities for tourism, active recreation and innovations in the sector.

Bulgaria participated with its representatives for the second consecutive year, among a total of 35 countries and 250 exhibitors participating in 2025. Samokov Municipality presented the natural and cultural landmarks of Samokov Region, the opportunities for winter and summer tourism, as well as upcoming initiatives for the development of the tourism infrastructure.

The Bulgarian stand at the exhibition was visited by the Bulgarian Ambassador to Hungary Hristo Polendakov, the Commercial Attaché Nevena Stoyanova and the Honorary Consul Yordan Bochkov.
