Vladimir Zografski Secures Ninth Place in Willingen Ski Jumping Qualification, Qualifies for World Cup Round

Vladimir Zografski finished ninth in the qualification round for the 18th stage of the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup in Willingen, Germany. This season, the Bulgarian has twice ranked in the top 10 in official competitions, placing eighth in Engelberg and tenth in Zakopane in mid-January.

Zografski cleared 143 m in qualification, earning 125.7 pts. and finishing ahead of defending champion Stefan Kraft and the winner of the last ski flying event, Domen Prevc.

Slovenia’s Anže Lanišek topped the qualification round with a 145 m jump, scoring 142 pts. Austria’s Daniel Tschofenig, the current overall World Cup leader, secured second place with a 140.5 m jump for 141.4 pts.
