The elite of European minifootball is gathering for a meeting in Sofia to elect the host country Euro 2024. 

The General Assembly of the European Minifootball Federation (EMF) began on Friday and will end on Sunday. It is organized by the Bulgarian Minifootball Association. On the agenda will be the selection of a host country for the Euro 2024 Mini Football tournament, which will take place between June 1 and 9.

Recently minifootball in Bulgaria has gained in popularity. The Bulgarian national team finished third at the 2022 Euro championship in Slovakia and made it to the quarterfinals of the world championship in the UAE, which finished weeks ago.
