“If we had not started this stretch by the end of May, it would have meant to set the procedure back three years and almost deprive ourselves of the opportunity to build this section of Struma Motorway, which would have lost us money,” said caretaker Regional Development Minister Ivan Shishkov on bTV’s morning show on Wednesday regarding the launch of Kresna road junction’s construction on Tuesday.
