Italian pop band Matia Bazar is embarking on a world tour celebrating over four decades on stage. On February 21, the musicians will perform at Sofia's Joy Station club, Sofia Music Enterprise (SME) reports.

The show will feature cult hits from the past and new interpretations of favourite songs. The tour will pass through the biggest European capitals. "We will welcome two of the band's most recognizable faces to the stage - original guitarist and composer Carlo Marrale and the captivating vocalist Silvia Mezzanotte, whose voice and charisma have been a trademark for the band over the years," SME said.

Matia Bazar was founded in 1975 in Genoa. It won the hearts of millions with the hits Ti Sento, Vacanze Romane and Solo Tu.
