Bulgaria's economic growth is expected to slow down to 1.5% in 2023 and pick up again to 2.4% in 2024, the European Commission said in its spring economic forecast published on Monday. Bulgaria's export growth is also expected to slow down this year due to a slowdown in demand abroad and "country-specific factors with one-off effects", the forecast shows.
