Parliamentary Committee on Culture and Media Chair Toshko Yordanov gave the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) as an example to state institutions during a meeting of the committee here on Thursday.
"I do not know, colleagues, if you went to BTA's 127th anniversary, but Mr [BTA Director General Kiril] Valchev is living proof of how an unbudgeted sector, where there is generally no money, can make a visible difference both in facilities and in the quality of service," There Is Such a People Floor Leader Yordanov said during Thursday's meeting.
His remarks were in reference to a statement made by BTA Director General Kirill Valchev about the use of funds last year and the Agency's achievements during that period.
