An exhibition titled At Home will present 30 paintings by Bulgarian artist Dimitar Karatonev at Art Gallery Paris in Sofia. The exposition can be seen between April 2 and 20, including on the gallery website, the organizers said.
Done in the style of realism, the artworks depict in a classic yet modern way some of the author’s favorite Bulgarian villages and towns.

Dimitar Karatonev was born in 1978. He graduated from the Haskovo art school and received a Master's degree in Graphic Arts from the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Karatonev has taken part in numerous Bulgarian and international biennials of graphic arts. Known both for his abstract graphics and paintings, the artist holds a number of diplomas and awards.
