Bulgarian actress Maya Bezhanska and writer and playwright Elin Rahnev will present a monodrama titled "The Goat That Plays the Accordion" in Berlin on October 15. The performance will take place at Festsaal Berlin, Lehrter Straße 68, and will begin at 7 pm local time, ART Theater said on its Facebook page.

The monodrama is written and directed by Elin Rahnev, who will take part in a meet-and-greet after the performance.

The performance tells the story of an actress who has been playing the same role at a small-scale theatre for 25 years. One day, she decides to make a radical change in her life and career.

"The Goat That Plays the Accordion" will be presented in place of another Bulgarian performance, which will be staged in Berlin in the spring of 2024.
