MRF-New Beginning Floor Leader Delyan Peevski and his parliamentary group proposed that the National Assembly listen to Consumer Protection Commission  Chair Maria Filipova and Commission for Protection of Competition  Chair Julia Nenkova about the actions taken by the regulators to control the unjustified increase in the prices of basic food products and goods, said the party’s press centre on Tuesday.

The measures that the state must take require that the institutions act in a coordinated, informed and rapid manner in order to be able to answer one of the primary issues that concern people,  the livelihood of their families and their purchasing power, the statement said.
