Fidanka Katsareva took an oath of office as member of Parliament in place of Tervel Georgiev (GERB-UDF) who asked to leave the legislature.

From the parliamentary tribune, Raya Nazaryan (GERB-UDF) who presided over the sitting, read out a letter submitted to Parliament's registry about the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of December 12, 2024. The decision of the CEC is in connection with the termination of the mandate of Georgiev, who was elected as an GERB-UDF candidate in the 51st National Assembly.
