President Rumen Radev urged the Bulgarian students to be "the true creators of your own tomorrow" at the opening of the school year at 128 Albert Einstein High School in Sofia on Monday. "I wish all Bulgarian students good health and a very interesting and successful school year. This day is not included in the country's official holiday calendar, but it is a true national holiday," the head of State added.

"It is no coincidence that I have chosen to open the new school year at 128 Albert Einstein High School, because in the last ten years it has managed to almost double the number of its students. It is a school that develops innovative programs and successful collaborations, that introduces promising majors and future-oriented disciplines," Radev said.

The President expressed his deep gratitude to the teachers for their noble work, care and love, as well as for their support to the "wonderful young generation of Bulgaria."

"Without your constructive role and support, all efforts in the field of education would be in vain," Radev told the parents.
