site.btaMRF Wing Affiliated with Ahmed Dogan Files Complaint against Election Commission Instructions, Then Withdraws It

The Democracy, Rights and Freedoms – MRF coalition filed a complaint against the instructions of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and then withdrew it, said the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) on Sunday.   

On September 8, a complaint was submitted by Democracy, Rights and Freedoms - MRF, represented by Dzhevdet Chakarov, against the instructions of the Central Election Commission of September 4 in connection with concerning the consideration of the coalition’s application for registration in the elections.  

Simultaneously a motion to withdraw the complaint was filed at the court. A ruling of SAC is pending within three days.  
  
On September 4, CEC adopted instructions by which the coalitions MRF - New Beginning and MRF - Democracy, Rights and Freedoms had to provide by 5 am on September 7 documents certifying that the MRF party is not part of their composition.
