site.btaGrandeur's Ivelin Mihaylov Says He Has Recording of Floor Leader Markov Threatening to Destroy Him

Ivelin Mihaylov of the Grandeur party Tuesday told Nova TV's morning show that he has a recording of Grandeur Floor Leader Nikolay Markov threatening to destroy him. The recording was made after at a meeting with Markov and MP Darin Georgiev, Mihaylov was told they are willing to support a programme government. That would go against the party's promises made to voters, Mihaylov said.

In Mihaylov's words, the MPs of Grandeur have stated in a group in which they communicate that they will not back a government under any of the three cabinet-forming mandates.

Mihaylov made the recording because "there were threats against me and other things; unless the party's leadership is transferred to Markov, I will be destroyed." Mihaylov confirmed he had been threatened by Markov as well as by Viktoria Vassileva. Such threats have been directed also at other party members, including MPs to "force them to do something". The threats are that Mihaylov will be destroyed and will not be able to find a place anywhere in the world.

In Mihaylov's words, Markov told him that Markov can solve his financial and political problems with a single snap of his fingers. In reply, Mihaylov expressed surprise that Markov suddenly has so much money, when it was but a day earlier when he could not afford a single coffee.
