site.btaSofia Mayor Vasil Terziev Hopeful That Sofia Municipal Council Will Find Solution and Start Work by November 30

Sofia Mayor Vasil Terziev commented to journalists about the delayed election of Sofia Municipal Council Chair, noting that he is optimistic that by November 30th they will find a solution that works so that the the Municipal Council can move forward and work on results for Sofia citizens. Terziev participated in the 2027 Municipal Perspective forum for government, local authority, businesses, organized by 24 Chasa in the National Palace of Culture. 

Terziev said that by the end of the day invitations will be sent out to the municipal councilors of all the represented formations. “We continue the open dialogue we want to have with everyone. The goal is to talk about whether there is a way to unblock the work of the municipal council and on the policies that drive our city and must be included in the budget,” he pointed out.
