site.btaGERB, MRF Floor Leaders Invited to Participate in Extraordinary Meeting of Government's Security Council

GERB Floor Leader Desislava Atanasova and Movement for Rights and Freedoms Floor Leader Delyan Peevski, who both supported the proposal to withdraw Lukoil's derogation from the EU's ban on supplies and processing of Russian oil for a period of three days, have been invited to participate in the extraordinary meeting of the Security Council of the Council of Ministers on November 16, the press service of the Council of Ministers said on Tuesday.

Economy and Industry Minister Bogdan Bogdanov and Energy Minister Rumen Radev will also attend the meeting, which will discuss the bill to amend the Control of the Implementation of Restrictive Measures in view of Russia's Actions Destabilizing the Situation in Ukraine Act. Ombudsman Diana Kovacheva will also be briefed on the subject.
