Dr Nikolay Georgiev is the new Executive Director of Bulgaria's Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (EAFA), the Agriculture and Food Ministry said in a press release on Tuesday.
A graduate in veterinary medicine, Georgiev also holds a master's degree in veterinary management, legislation and administration. His previous appointment was head of the EAFA Fisheries and Control Sector in Varna (on the Black Sea).
