Prosecution Service Concurs with EC about Challenges Facing Judicial Reform
"The leadership of the Bulgarian prosecution service accepts the European Commission's findings about the challenges facing the judicial reform but notes that the representatives of the executive and legislative branches have failed to take a constructive approach over the last year, which inevitably impacts the implementation of the recommendations in the previous rule of law reports."
