Blue Bulgaria top-of-the-list candidate in Haskovo Tsveta Kirilova on Thursday proposed the creation of an integrated digital platform for the systematization of Bulgarian legislation. She said in a statement that the goal would be to provide easy access to the laws in Bulgaria, which will improve the transparency and efficiency of the legal system. "This proposal will facilitate future major changes in the judicial system", Kirilova emphasised.

She also proposed introducing a mechanism to automatically detect potential conflicts in existing and future legislation. The main idea is that any proposed change in a given law would be automatically assessed through an approach that analyses its compatibility with the Constitution as well as with other relevant national laws.

Kirilova stated that this would significantly reduce the possibility of passing unconstitutional laws and put a barrier to changes in legislation that would benefit narrow lobbying or corporate interests at the expense of the public.
