The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology Friday issued a red code alert for strong wind for the northwestern regions of Vratsa and Montana. The weather map shows an orange code alert for nine regions: Vidin, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv, Kardzhali, Haskovo, Sofia Region and Sofia City.
A yellow code alert for strong wind was issued for the rest of the regions.
